I specialize in responsive web and UI/UX design, with a focus on building scalable design systems that keep design and implementation aligned. I'm comfortable working with tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Webflow, and HTML/CSS/JavaScript. Recently, I've been exploring Claude and Stitch MD.
While AI is transforming the design industry, I believe a strong understanding of design fundamentals and how they're applied in real projects and refined over time is something it can't replace. At the end of the day, AI is just a tool that helps us work more efficiently.
When I'm not working, you'll probably find me volunteering at a weekend pet fair or somewhere with a cup of boba.
Experience
For this project, I was responsible for designing and building the website, so I challenged myself to create a design system from scratch. I used Uber's Base Design System and Ant Design as references and incorporated Atomic Design principles to structure and organize the components.
I expanded my skills into UI/UX and responsive design. While redesigning ODK Media's website, I had the chance to work on a design system again and realized how passionate I am about it.
I created Cooby's logo and brand guidelines, and while designing their website, I encountered a design system for the first time.
I started my career as a visual designer, launching multiple brands across mobile apps, e-commerce websites. This experience taught me how to create brand identities and bring them to life across digital platforms.
